On-Site Training Alone:

On-Site Training with Some Implementation Help:
More on-site time means we will help you develop and implement each System to some degree. We can facilitate the Strategic Planning Process, Develop MBOs and facilitate the first monthly meetings to synchronize the management team around goals and objectives and or help develop specific Dashboards for each department. How much we can accomplish is a function of how long we remain on-site.





On-Site Implementation With Our Experts:
This is a complete full service process spread over weeks to guarantee proper implementation of the Six Systems with expert, professional on-site help and coaching. Generally we will make one two-day visit for each system to train and implement with a week between for the company to implement specifics we design together for you specific company.


Typically a full team training is usually about one and a half to two days per system. This is best spread over the project as each of The Six Systems is implemented. Typically Systems one through three are implements in Phase I and later as the company is ready to hit a growth surge we can return to implement Phase II which is Systems.

Levels of Implementation Help Available:

Implementation time and cost will vary by company but here are some guidelines. The larger the company, and the older the company, the longer it is likely to take to change past management practices and train people.

		On-Site Training With Some Remote Consulting/Coaching Help By Phones		Initial training above plus $1,000-$2,500 per system implemented. Hourly rates apply but 4 to 10 hours per system to review documents, answer questions and coach is an economical way to get expert help.
		Complete On-Site Implementation Help   We guarantee results when our experts can help you implement.		Done over 2-3 weeks per System with a two day visit for each system to training and implement.   Systems 1-3 – Strategic Planning, MBOs and Dashboards (Phase I) $7,000 per Systems   Systems 4-6 – Strategic Budgeting, Process Documentation and Human Capital Acquisition and Development. These are more cultural and require more documentation. Allow 3 days per system or $10,500 in investment plus travel.
Note that each engagement is different and customized. We will set up a specific project plan, schedule and estimate after the first one day discovery. Then we will proceed in a way that is optimum for your situation and team and stay on budget. All on-site engagements include free our complete CD training set and Implementation Kit License with all files for those systems implemented. This is to insure proper training of new employees and promoted employees who come in after the training.
