Seminars
We deliver both public and private seminars to teach the AirTight Management Six Systems and best practices. We recommend the CEO, COO and/or President attend a seminar first, or with the senior management team to drive the implementation from the top. All senior managers will need training on each system to install in their department. They can then train others under them as the company grows.
Public Seminars:
Our public seminars are held regularly in various cities and countries around the world. For companies serious about implementing professional management best practices we recommend that the CEO plus at least two senior managers attend the events. Success at implementation will be very risky with only one person attending. Click

Private Seminars:
The best way to implement AirTight Management is to train your entire management staff together in two phases over a few months as appropriate. Typically a full training starts with a partial to full day of team training. Then we facilitate some one on one implementation for each department. After that there is a partial day training for each System in the philosophies and reasons for it. Implementation generally runs about two days per System component. Usually implementing all or some of Systems 1, 2 and 3 will be done together and Systems 4, 5 and 6 will be done much later when the company is about to grow, or is growing, more rapidly.
With a private seminar we can customize the training to focus on your company's specific needs after a half day assessment. Then a separate two day visit is scheduled for each System. In between visits the team will be able to actually use the new system with some coaching help by phone and email as needed. All on-site trainings include a five year license to use all the AirTight Systems intellectual property including forms, templates, models and the complete audio training set.
